Help! Payment on hold?

**English**

**Help! Payment on Hold?**

As a single mother, I’m no stranger to financial struggles. But when I sold an item on Facebook for £150, I thought I had finally received a much-needed boost to help me get back on my feet. That was until I saw the dreaded words “payment on hold”. Google informed me that it would take 21 days for the payment to become available. But I need that money now!

I’m sure I’m not the only one who has experienced this frustration. If you’re facing a similar situation, you’re probably wondering how you can access your hard-earned cash quickly. Here are a few potential solutions to get you moving:

1. **Contact the buyer**: Reach out to the person who purchased your item and kindly ask them to release the funds sooner. Be polite and explain your situation, and they might be willing to help out.
2. **Check your payment options**: Review your payment settings and ensure that you’re set up to receive payments quickly. You might be able to transfer funds to a debit card or bank account, which could speed up the process.
3. **Use a payment processor**: Consider using a payment processor like PayPal or Stripe, which offer faster payment processing times. They may also provide additional features such as instant payment processing for certain transactions.
4. **Seek assistance**: If you’re struggling to access your payment, don’t hesitate to reach out to the payment platform’s customer support. They may be able to provide additional guidance or assistance to help resolve the issue.

Remember, financial struggles can be overwhelming, especially as a single mother. But by staying proactive and exploring alternative solutions, you can find a way to access the money you need quickly. Keep pushing forward, and don’t give up!
