I am a new user for Paypal. I have to get money from someone and they ask me to make a payment to have my account credited. I received an e-mail from PayPal saying that the respective amount is sent but I do not receive it until after the execution of the respective payment. What guarantee do I have that I’m not fooled? What assurance do I have that that money will actually be delivered to me and I will not lose the amount required for payment?
