FAKE mails and demanding my money back

hello, I tried to contact Paypal, but noone is responding, so I will ask anyone here if you can help. I received fake mail to send money to a person in order to get my money, so I did. I still did not receive my money (I cancelled the transaction, I sent her a reminder, and asked her to send it back), is there any way how to cancel the transaction once it is not pending anymore. Thank you
