Did not recieved email from Trustly top up niether money to my PayPal account

Hi, I wanted to add money to my PayPal account with Trustly. Its 2 day now that I Did not recieved email from Trustly niether got my money to my PayPal account but my money got removed from my credit card. I used Trustly earlier and it worked out fine, but now It looks like a scam for me, hope it is not. Does someone have the same issue as me? Or somebody have a solution for this?
