## Locked Out & $ Debts Unknown – Help!
Hey everyone,
I’m really hoping someone can offer some advice because I’m in a frustrating situation.
I just received a notification saying I owe a certain amount of money. The problem? I *know* I paid this amount on April 9th, 2020, which I have proof of!
I’ve already reached out to the provider (let’s keep their name anonymous for now), explained the situation, and provided my payment confirmation, but my account is still locked and they insist I still owe the money. This is seriously worrying because I rely on their platform regularly, and I can’t access it!
This whole thing is incredibly confusing! Does anyone have experience with similar payment discrepancies? What did you do to resolve it quickly? Any advice on how to escalate this issue would be greatly appreciated!
