Does customer service exist with Paypal?? All I seem to be able to reach is a freaking computer mess with confusing software, and no real answers. They could certainly take some lessons/advice from Amazon, who as a company is likely many times the size of Paypal, …and actually has a pretty effective customer service. After having an uncontested account with paypal for years now, suddenly they want picture ID, and copies of bank statements, and etc, from me,….WHY I want to ask do I need to supply them with some of this info???? Can I speak with someone,…via phone,…or email ?? NO!!…all I get is a stupid computer that does not recognize my question.
