Qualification and Experience
Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree with a 2:2 or above or a Master’s degree in desired field. In addition, candidates must have satisfactorily completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program. NYSC completion is mandatory, acting as a benchmark for all eligible candidates. Experience range is from 0 – 3 years.
It is imperative for candidates to showcase strong leadership abilities, proficient in verbal and written communication as well as advanced computer skills. Potential for teamwork and the capacity for working collaboratively with multicultural teams are key.
Salary Scale and Requirements
CNL offers competitive remuneration packages, reflecting the level of education and experience of the candidate. The salary ranges offered are as follows:
- OND Holders (Support roles): Minimum Salary of ₦420,000
- B.Sc/HND Holders (Professional roles): Minimum Salary of ₦600,000
- Master’s Degree Holders (Senior/Management roles): Minimum Salary of ₦850,000
