Accidentally paid in full for goods using the new PayPal checkout which doesn’t need authorisation. Went back, found Pay-in-3 and paid for the goods. Now find I? am paying twice for same goods and have totally failed to get through to PayPal. What can I do? Retailer argues that it is a PayPal problem because they had to authorise the credit” transaction.”
