I had two orders done at last 26 and 29 January and both not completed and it is written as one is refunded and the other one money is received and refunded also and written in green color with +110USD and 37 GBP. I sent the money for those two orders by debit card. Now it is more than a month but still my balance is 0.00 I don’t know how to retrieve my money ??? Any help plz
