Where is shipping preferences?

I’m trying to set up my paypal so I can print shipping labels on my dymo printer and all of the videos/instructions I’m finding are outdated, can anyone tell me how to do this? All of them seem to send you to shipping preferences but I can’t seem to even find that. One link I found even said you just choose the dymo printer and you can print, nothing else you need to do. I did that and got a mini shipping label so I know that was the wrong info.
