Have the latest version of Outlook 365. 3. I have tried setting up POP3 account and it works but I would like to setup the user account as an Exchange Account rather than POP3. 4. I have tried setting up on mobiles and autodiscover works on mobile. (No Issues on Mobiles)

Outlook stuck on searching for email settings
outlook is unable to pass thru searching for email settings during initial setup. We have resource forest setup for exchange. no issue creating accounts and linked mailboxes. only during the outlook setup this issue happens. not sure what is going on. any help would be appreciated.
