If your absence isn’t noticed, then your presence never mattered.
In the post I mentioned that no one would even notice if I was gone. This got a small flurry of people’s attention, reaching out to ask if I was ok. I responded to a couple that and told them honestly that I was in a dark place. They told me to hang in there and they would pray for me – but then today just proved my point.

How long would take for people to notice if you went missing?
I live abroad and don’t have FB, so people back home probably wouldn’t notice for at least a week. Here, maybe a couple days. I stay to myself quite a bit lately. Although I without a doubt talk to my boyfriend every day, so he would probably pick up on something first. Probably 10 seconds, unless he was asleep.
