Verify an old account without card or old phone number

Description

A friend of mine sent me money for my birthday present it to my other email address which is connected to a PayPal that I have not use for a year and a half I moved and lost the card and I no longer have that phone number how do I retrieve the 50 bucks off that account if I do have the account email because it’s still linked to me and I’m trying to get the money transferred to another account but I can’t access the account because I don’t know password with customer service being on the fritz how am I supposed to get this issue resolved
