Iam from TANZANIA.I am totally irked with the PayPal customer service as I have contacted them three times with no success. Each time, they keep sending me the same helpless info. I linked my MasterCard with my PayPal account on 31st August and my bank account was credited the charge which was later refunded. I kept waiting for the code until I decided today to contact PayPal which have however kept on frustrating me, as the code is still nowhere to be seen. I attempted to request for a new code, but failed again. Kindly help me please #whereistheconfirmingcode?
