The seller sent packages to a wrong(non-accurate) address,what should I do?

This is the recipient address that shipper gave recipient Address of seller provided this is the actual address on my paypal invoice recipient Address of paypal invoice This is the case,the seller didnt even type my address.He doubled the code I gave #P40593(which could make the recipient know that that’s my stuff),which mean the stuff that I purchased will never come.I contacted them several times,they didnt admit that’s their fault,even I have my paypal invoice as evidence,they kept saying that I made the wrong address on their website while purchasing,but I paid via paypal which mean I didnt need to write any address on their website,moreover I actually provided accurate default address on their website.They said to me they will refund me after ups/fedex send back the items,which will take about 1.5 week,then they will process my refund in 2 weeks.(They could make this faster,they could request interception of packages to ups/fedex,then the item dont need to send to my local office which will be hold by PO for about a week then It will send back to the seller. Unfortunately,some terrible stuff happened,some of the item lost in transit,one of the item lost in its way back to the seller,the other 2 of them lost in their way to my local PO.I dont know what to do know.And I dont want to wait anymore,can I open a dispute and get my money back immediately?Since it’s not my fault to make the address wrong,the package which lose in transit shouldnt be my fault ever,any suggestions?Will I win this case?
