after **bleep** me around for a week on an unauthorized charge (after being on Paypal for only about 2 weeks) Paypal say they do not consider it an unauthorized charge. No info on how they made that determination; Then Uber unlike Paypal stayed in touch and found the cross up and cancelled the charge. Paypal then reversed the charge indicating they did not know what they were doing. Now I want to close my account and it does not allow that. Calling their help-deck you go through selecting 100 options when after 10 minutes they tell the services is closed. Paypal snafu.
