Hi guys I bought an item from Depop through PayPal (Buyers Protection). I realised I actually had the item and asked to cancel the purchase as they haven’t even sent it out yet. They have refused to refund and have even said they’ll speed up the shipping date so that I have the item so I can’t get a refund? I have given them enough time to cancel, as they’ve still got the product but yet they are desperate to ship it to me so that I have it because it’s now my problem according to them. Where do I stand with this? They say they don’t do refunds but it was £18 and PayPal as far as I’m aware are very helpful, so I hope you can help me. I have no use for the item and the seller is flat out refusing a refund even though it’ll be sent back to them after they send it to me.
