Return postage refund

Hi to all, i need a clearer response regarding a request for return postage refund. The seller sent me an item that was not according to it`s listing and apart from the latter, the item was also damaged at it`s binding seams(leather jacket). I returned the item to the seller, and was refunded by the original priced listing, however, the additional return postage fee of €33.35 was not included in the seller`s refund. Moreover, i have contacted Paypal and applied for the R.P.R , in which i was informed that this matter takes up to 5 working days to solve the issue. Up till now, almost 3 days passed and so far Paypal has not yet replied with a decision. Would it be fair for the buyer to incur such charge when the seller has not sent the right item? I am a long time customer with Ebay and Paypal, and never such an issue has ever been present up till now. Your assistance shall be greatly appreciated. Thanks and regards. Solved! Go to Solution.
