Refund Scams

Description

I recently bought two hammocks for my child when they arrived One was a roof for a hammock which the purchase had added as I checked out. PayPal has said I can have a full refund but must post back. It’s infuriating as the cost of posting means you lose out. The other hammock was a black box not even as described. This is still in dispute. Is this a thing that people post the wrong thing on purpose?
