Problem withdrawing to bank account

Since the beginning of October there is a problem with withdrawing PP funds to my bank account, since then I tried email (resulting in try this try that solutions), 6x phone support (our senior department will get back to you within 72 hours). The only change I made to my account before the problem started was updating the expiring business credit card. Have you withdrawn funds before? What error message are you getting? That the request is being reviewed, after a few days the amount is reversed. Have you verified / confirmed your bank account? Yes. Are the funds cleared and not pending? Yes. Are the funds in your countries currency? Yes. Is the bank account in exactly the same name as your paypal account name? Yes, business name / address and private name / address.
