Hello! So, I recently changed my email address and updated this within my PayPal account. Around the same time I sold two items on eBay and totally forgot to update my payment email…they went to my old email, meaning I had to re-add the email to my account to receive the money. Unsurprisingly, PayPal placed a hold on the funds. I have provided tracking information via eBay, which has pulled through to PayPal. I just wondered, when the items are delivered will this automatically update in PayPal in order for them to release the funds, or do I have to contact them to provide evidence? Thanks in advance – any help appreciated Angela
