I am a manager for a musician and sell clothes on the platform Grailed. Being from New Zealand shipping to USA costs around $70 NZD. That is a lot of money especially when PayPal states on the invoices (funds will be released 1 day after delivery) The buyer and I have also tried everything. This is ridiculous. Nobody has replied on PayPal’s side. Many messages, research, everything. There has been only one reply and the chat ended instantly with PayPal. They said the buyer needs to confirm the receipt on activity. There is no button for that. I want my money. Not to mention the item purchased has been reviewed 5 stars for nearly a week.
