Orders a 4D green Laser from Chine and they sent a mechanical level with a laser pointer

Advised PayPal on 10 Aug 20 of the failure of this seller to provide the correct item. They came back with the item was delivered. Went to PayPal’s resolution centre that kept change the date for a resolution constantly moving it to the right and then after 2 months asked me to return the item; quite happy to do this but asked the seller to provide return postage, nothing. The cost of returning the wrong item to c China, the home of Covid-19, there’s a thing, would be more than I paid for the correct item that I never received. PayPal have now refused the claim as I have advised them off the prohibitive cost of return. Shocking customer service. Their chat service must by AI driven and just asks the same question when you do not provide what is clearly in their stock answers. Crap Service. Will now opt for other payment methods that actually protect the seller.
