Online Seller Scamming Buyers Help

I tried to purchase an Item from a website I found on Google. It was in the google ads at the top. The item was on Sale and it seemed like a good deal at the time. So I purchase the item and paid through paypal. After the sell they took the funds out of my bank account but it says Authorizing Payment on the transaction in paypal. Here is the problem. I did some more research on the website and have found out this is a scam. I found out the website was only created 27 days ago. I also found other users on Facebook that have recently got scammed the same way on that site. Here is the scam I believe: -Scammer creates a website and posts products that are on Sale -Scammer buys some google ads to generate traffic and make it seem more legit. -Scammer then sets his Paypal settings so that he has to authorize the buyers payments incase of any charge backs. This gives the scammer time to wait for the funds to clear into his paypal and withdraw them for Cash. White its still being authorized on the paypal side. So right now I can not dispute or cancel this transaction. Paypal will not allow me to dispute the transaction because its pending waiting for authorization from the seller. This transaction only happened a few hours ago. As noted I have confirmed this website to be a scam. And should have done this research before purchasing however I didnt. So im wondering what can I do right now? If I wait on paypal I will have to wait for the transaction to clear from authorization to file a claim for the item never showing. Apparently that seems to be around 21 days. Or since this is a new transaction I can call my bank and have them decline and issue a chargeback for the funds. Can anyone help recommend me what should I do about this? I do not want the scammer to get the funds and I dont want to lose them either. I also dont want to cause any issues on my paypal account by issuing a chargeback. Thanks for reading.
