I ordered AirPods from China, and I got the fake ones. I told the PayPal customer center that I would get a refund if I returned the item. I was refused to send it by plane from Korea. Batteries can’t go by plane. So I sent it again by ship, but it took a long time. Arrived at 12/11/202020 in the Chinese port, but PayPal refused that the goods had not arrived. Even after arriving in China, it will take more time due to the inspection and procedure of the goods at customs, but it is unfair to close my case. I think it’ll take about 10 days for AirPods to reach the seller, but this one has to wait. I wonder if PayPal Customer Center is on the side of a person who sells fake products. This is the second time that the case has been unilaterally.
