I can’t find my refund

Description

I have made a payment on Ebay by a credit card registered in Paypal. The item was lost, so I created a dispute on Ebay. The seller agreed to refund me. He sent me a screenshot from eBay proving that he made the refund, and I also got a mail from Paypal that I have been refunded, so I closed the dispute. 10 days have passed but the refund still doesn’t appear in my bank account, my paypal balance is also missing it. I have contacted the seller, he confiirmed that the money has left his bank account. Where are my money?
