Raiden isnt nesseary. I used him cause of fast attack and high health. There really is no strategy here. Your going to have great income cause of the red seals. Just spam everything focusing on spamming critical hit cats first. RNG also plays a role cause you need more than 1 critical hit on the seal. I think it took 4-5 for me.

(the rest of the cats I’m using are at least level 20) EDIT 2: I upgraded crazed fish to level 15 and space cat to level 25. I was able to beat the seal and advance to just a step away from the base by the time the hyenas came out. A cat cannon blast knocked back the hyenas allowing me to strike the base and win.
