Can’t Resolve Negative Balance

Description

I have had a negative balance for months that I have tried many times to resolve. Every time I try to add money, the website takes me to the page where I can link a bank account or a card which I have done both of many times. Every time I finish linking, I am taken right back to the same page to link a bank or a card. It’s an endless loop. And when I try to pay my balance through the messaging thing, neither my bank or my card are listed as payment methods even though they are confirmed in the wallet section. I thought maybe it was a problem with the website but it has been months and I have these problems every time.
