Someone using our name to sell on Facebook using PayPal

We have received 2 calls in the last month from individuals , stating that they purchased an item on Facebook, and that they received a PayPal email receipt with my husband and my name on it. They googled our name and found our office number. There is no activity in any of our 3 PayPal accounts(business or personal). We don’t sell anything on Facebook using PayPal. The lady that called today was kind enough to send over the copy of the email receipt. It was for a Limited Edition Realistic Wind Dragon with LED Eyes from shoplazza. Even the tracking number with the USPS, shows that it was delivered, which she says she never received. I tried to call PayPal, but I can’t get through to anyone and they disconnected me. HELP!! How do I report and stop this???
