Why is my payment still on hold

Description

I am in the USA and I sent a package to Australia. This cost me a HUGE amount of money to do by the way! I understand why PayPal would want to do a hold until the item was delivered. I am for that! What I don’t understand is I did everything I was supposed to do and I have proof the package was delivered through UPS and through pictures she sent saying everything is great! Why is my money still pending when PayPal said if I did those things with tracking my money would be available the next day??? If I had known this I would not have spent $156 IN SHIPPING TO GET THE PACKAGE TO AUSTRALIA FAST SINCE I DEFINITELY NEED THE MONEY!!! This is ridiculous and I have done nothing wrong and everything right!
