I used my PayPal Mastercard at a hotel where I stayed a few nights. Upon checking out I decided to pay the balance with cash. The manager informed me that the balance had been charged to my PayPal MC already but if I wanted to pay with cash she would refund the money. I agreed that would be fine. It wasn’t until after I paid in cash & the merchant refunded the money to my card that I learned it would show up and be available to me in 8 to 10 days. Well it’s been about 4 days & I kind of need that money now. Are there steps I can take to speed up the process? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you
