Unkown Transaction but paypal said it’s not unkown

so today there is an unknown transaction in my account from seller ACO Digital Limited, I don’t even know the seller but it took my money. i already report my problem to the resolution center but it said it’s not unauthorized and I can’t have my money back. is there really nothing I can’t do about it? please I need help.
