Two Transfers To Me – Both Say Received Total 120 but funds show 97.32

Just as the title states, yesterday someone sent me 20$ and today someone sent me 100$ yet my account shows 97.32 – I dont understand lol I have used paypal for years and never had a weird thing like this happen – the funds are normally instant… Did the person sending me the 100$ actually cost 31$?
