Sent package, now buyer wants me to send money via Cash app

HI all, My buyer, claimed she sent me money via paypal. I got an email claiming that she sent money and that I just need to send proof of shipping. It seems that I did that and now she wants me to refund her $500 and paypal will add an additional $500 to upgrade to business account. Is this a scam? Should I intercept my package? Thanks!
