Seller asking to pay the PayPal fee charges

This is my first time facing this issue. The seller is asking me to pay the fee charged to him by PayPal. I’ve already paid in full as indicated in eBay but the seller sent a message to my PayPal account requesting me to pay 3.34 EUR. If I pay it, this means I’ll be paying 3.34 EUR extra than what has agreed in eBay. I’ve already told the seller through eBay that I’ve fulfill my obligations but the seller insist that I pay the fee. So should I pay or not? Please advice. Thanks. Solved! Go to Solution.
