Hi, as per the title, I had made a purchase with Paypal, 2 months later that payment method was removed from my account because that Bank account was cancelled, 3 months later the STORE refunded this payment, Paypal says the refund will appear in my bank account in some days, however the account was cancelled, IT WILL NEVER APPEAR, how can I recover that refund then? Impossible to communicate with paypal for this issue, cannot open claims since the system always automatically says that I cant open a claim because transaction was already refunded” Thanks for the help”
