It’s seems a scam to me because they hold my payment for unnecessary reason and not discribe why they hold as non of my customer in past or in present have any issue with me and even my customer who is sender also confirm invoice n parcel received but they still holding moeny and I believe it’s an sacm as they gonna use moeny for 21 days n enjoy benifit of that . I think it’s my last deal and I’m done with PayPal. There are many other choice in market now
