My wife sent two payments (1-$60 2-$25) to Ping Jian. These payments were placed on hold for an extended amount of time because PayPal wanted my wife’s Date of Birth and we didn’t realize that we needed to provide that information. Meanwhile, my wife paid $85 with a personal check. After verifying my wife’s birthdate, PayPal processed the 2 pending payments ($60 and $25) and person received the $85 in their PayPal account. My wife then asked the person to send the $85 overpayment back to our PayPal account, which she did and that $85 is now on a pending hold. There should be NO PROBLEM – it’s been nearly 2 months PayPal has been holding our $85 and it’s impossible to get through to anyone. Is there a way to send an email to the department for pending holds?
