PayPal credit problem

I am receiving texts from PayPal regarding a Credit account. I am told that I owe money from this account but I have never ever been asked to open a Credit Account with you. I do not want this account. I have used PayPal for years and never had any trouble. I just want the same conditions as I have always used and do not want to run up a bill. I am extremely upset to get the invoice for such a large sum order of money, I have never asked for a Credit Account and donâ€™t want one. Please call me back on
