PayPal Cash card Declining

Hi everyone! I am trying to use my paypal cash card to purchase groceries (around $250) and it keeps declining. When I try to purchase something for $10 it works but for some reason it keeps declining anything over that. I am really frustrated because I can not reach out to customer service because they are closed but Im not sure they’d be much help anyways. I have ‘automatic top up’ turned on and more than enough funds in my bank account to complete the purchase. This is my only card linked to my bank account (my bank debit card was stolen) and I really need access to my funds immediately! Please help! Thank you, Allison
