I’ve looked at some of the threads on here that had the same issue as me, with having negative funds in my account, but it still doesn’t answer my question of how it happened when I only use PayPal to accept funds and never pay from the account. So my question is why the hell is my account -$65 when I haven’t issued any payments from it. All I’ve done is transfer funds to my bank account, that I received from selling on eBay. So what I’m understanding from the other answers I’ve seen, is that I have to add funds to my account (basically pay PayPal just to get my account back to 0 again and then add $15 more for a partial refund transfer?) If that’s the case then I basically just gave the item I sold on eBay away for free? I just don’t understand where in all that bs, I end up oweing PayPal $65? Maybe I’m just being stupid and not understanding the process in my irritated state. Can anyone please shine some light?
