I sent an invoice to my husband’s email, so we could add money to one of our cards (which also has a bank routing number that is linked to my PayPal account). I updated the transaction activity to tracking not required, also that it was a service and put bill in the memo of what the invoice was for). PayPal will not release the hold. My phone number and email address are both confirmed. It says it will be released within 1 day of delivery…. There is no delivery. I’m not sure why it says that after I updated to tracking not needed. How do I fix this so they’ll release our funds? I haven’t tried the refund option because I’m assuming that will prolong things even further than they have been, so far. Solved! Go to Solution.
