Payment Acceptance

Description

A few weeks ago I got an email from PayPal telling me that a payment I was expecting had been sent to me and I just needed to click on a link to accept the payment. I did, but the funds still have not reflected in my PayPal balance. I tried contacting customer service and got no response, and the sender insists that the problem is on the receiving side. Please assist.
