Hello, I purchased two gift cards last Saturday 27th June from PayPal Digital Gifts. I received one email shortly after to advise one card had been sent to my email and shortly after that a second email with the attached gift card. I have not received anything for the second gift card, no email to advise it has been sent and no additional email with the attached gift card. I waited till Tuesday ( two days ago) and with still no sign of a gift card, I got in contact via the live chat. In a nutshell, I have been passed from person to person with still no answer! I have sent the confirmation of purchase several times as requested, given the transaction ID etc and was advised to open up a dispute – this was rejected today. I have just had this come through – “ I have reviewed your dispute and I can confirm it was denied due to not being covered under PayPal’s buyer protection. Items equivalent to cash, including gift cards and prepaid cards are not covered under our buyer protection. I would advise for you to continue trying to reach the seller regarding your gift card. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you Clarissa. Feel free to reply whenever you’re ready. When you reply, one of our available agents or myself will continue to help you”. All I want is my gift card to be sent or a refund! Can anyone help please?!
