Hello paypal community, I hope all of you doing good and safe. Just last month I contacted a manager(according to what he said) about lowering my Paypal credit from $5000 to $1500. I took an hour explaining to him, that due to my disabled veteran wife health issues, I did stop using my ebay business and I need my credit limit to be high again for the net holidays. he was a gentleman and he agrees to get the limit to $2300. now, coming to use te account to order few items, I find my account is closed!!! no warning no nothing… I can’t believe being an old customer and be treated like this. I guess it’s COVID19 influence on business. I hope paypal return my account back.
