So I’m new at ebay and PayPal so please bear with me. I recently sold two items to two different sellers and there wasn’t any hold on the funds for some reason (I have been selling for about a month) so I transferred the money to my bank account, nothing seemingly out of the ordinary. But unfortunately both of them later wanted a return and a refund. I just received the first item back but I’m having trouble issuing a refund. I check my PayPal and it says I have a negative amount that equals the combined total of money I have received from them. How does that work? I mean they payed me so I transferred the money I received from both of them to my bank account and it went through fine. But now apparently I owe the money I transferred? I have enough to refund them both in all but do I have to spend that times two just to resolve this? And also I transferred money from a different seller (no return) a couple days after this but it doesn’t reflect it on my balance. Hopefully this all makes some sense, and any insight would be appreciated! Customer service was no help whatsoever lol
