I was selling a Jacket to a person. I really think it is a scammer. He said he has already sent the money via paypal to me, and he cant take it back. But in the email it is saying that i need to pay 500 pounds to his courier agent, which i dont understand. Now it leads me on to been report to the police, which i dont think it is true. But can anybody give me some advice or tell me if it accutally isnt true. Thanks
