funds from depop transaction still on hold despite delivery confirmation

hi! i sold a pair of shoes on depop about ten days ago, and they were delivered on wednesday, 1/15/2021. however, despite it being 3-4 days since delivery (on the transaction info it actually says i should have gotten the money within 1 day of delivery), it still says my payment is on hold. my buyer is unfortunately a bit uncooperative and when i asked them to mark the item as delivered thru paypal, they didn’t respond. so i’m left to deal with it on my own. please help, and let me know if i missed and important details!!
