I’m a senior lady (82 years of age) in Missoula, Montana. I sold on ebay years ago but no longer do. I recently advertiised a personally owned item on craigslist and a total stranger from Oregon, wants to buy it for $1,200 plus $200 for professional packing and shipping. He wants to send me $1,400 via PayPal. Please tell me what amount PayPal will charge me for this service? Also, If the item I’m sending IS exactly as described, can he reverse the funds for no legitimate reason and cheat me somehow? I have no extra money. This sale means I will be able to repair my old car. Please help and advise so I can protect myself. I’ve emailed these questions to PayPal but received no reply. Thank you!
