Good morning all sorry if this question was already asked, but I cant find answer and i am really confused. I am in the UK, I’ve sold some band t-shirts to a girl in USA. she sent me the money. then next day she changed her mind and i returned her money. Paypal refunded her fully but it deduced from me the fee. is this normal??? what should I do???? I’ve tried to file a claim but the system do not allow me, it says this transction is completed . thanks in advance.
